摘　　要：2012年10月10日上午，作为山东火学111周年校庆活动之一，我国著名的耳鼻喉科事业开拓者、奠基人之一孙鸿泉教授铜像揭幕仪式在山东大学趵突泉校区举行。中国工程院院士、山东大学剐校长张运在仪式上致辞，许代制学校为校友代表、原上海医科大学邹叫舜教授颁发了捐赠证书。Objective To explore the etiology, manifestation and therapy of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome caused by laryngeal diseases （OSAHSLD）. Methods 13 patients with OSAHSLD were included in the study. The etiology, manifestation and therapy were reviewed. Results The 13 OSAHSLD patients, diagnosed by plysomnography, obtained good curative effect after the laryngeal lesions were removed. The laryngeal diseases consisted of bilateral vocal cords paralysis（6 cases）, laryngeal papillary epithelioma（ 1 case）, epiglottis neurilemmoma （1 case）, huge epiglottis cyst（3 cases）, and epiglottis softening（2 cases）. The body mass indexes were normal in all the patients, and moderate dyspnea was noted in the patients with bilateral paralysis of vocal cords. Conclusion The OSAHS can be induced by laryngeal disease, in which tumor/cyst of epiglottis and paralysis of bilateral vocal cords are common etiology. OSAHSLD can be cured if the primary laryngeal diseases are removed.
