重庆市渝中区社区居民对卒中警示症状的认知及急救意识的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查重庆市渝中区社区居民对卒中警示症状的认知情况,以及面对卒中突发症状时选择拨打急救电话的比例,并分析两者的相关性。方法采用多阶段抽样方法在渝中区3个街道抽取1 500户住户,每户确定1位居民,由经统一培训的调查员以面对面的方式进行询问调查。结果共完成941份调查问卷。社区居民对卒中警示症状的知晓率为32.6%～75.6%,仅16.8%能认知全部5个卒中警示症状。面对各种卒中警示症状时选择拨打120的比例为27.1%～42.9%,仅17.1%(161/941)面对5个卒中警示症状时均选择拨打120。对卒中警示症状的认知与选择拨打120明显相关(OR为1.96～3.34),但即使对5个卒中警示症状均认知,也仅33.5%(53/158)选择拨打120。结论社区居民对卒中警示症状认知水平偏低,卒中急救意识差。Objective To investigate how much community residents know for stroke warning signs and react appropriately to make an emergency call（120,in China） when encountering hypothetical stroke-related scenarios in Yuzhong district in Chongqing,China,and to analyze the relationship between their knowledge of stroke warning signs and awareness of emergency call.Methods Multi-stage sampling was used and 1 500 households were selected in 3 subdistricts of Yuzhong district,and one member of each household was chosen to join the survey.A face to face investigation was conducted by trained interviewers.Results A total of 941 participants completed the survey.Respondents＇ awareness rate of the stroke warning signs was 32.6%-75.6%,and only 16.8% respondents had knowledge of all 5 stroke warning signs.The ratio of calling 120 for a variety of stroke warning signs was 27.1%-42.9%,and only 17.1% respondents reported that they would call 120 for all 5 stroke warning signs.Knowledge of stroke warning signs was significantly correlated with awareness of calling 120（OR 1.96-3.34）,but even among those with knowledge of all 5 stroke warning signs,only 33.5%（95%CI,26.2-40.9） of them would call 120.Conclusion The community residents have low knowledge level of stroke warning signs and poor awareness of calling the emergency number 120 for stroke symptoms in Yuzhong district in Chongqing.
