摘　　要：以某炼钢厂一炼钢2#转炉三点球面支撑为研究对象，对转炉三点球面支撑在更换中的焊接技术难点进行了分析，针对焊接过程中焊接变形及焊接质量控制等问题提出了相应的解决措施，取得了良好的效果。Three nuts-and-bolts support in Baosteel converter Were taken as the research target,and its welding technical difficulties in the replacement period were analyzed.The corresponding measures were proposed to solve the problems of welding distortion and quality control,and the good results were achieved.
