摘 要:目的 比较分析3D常规TOFMRA和双回波MRA在颅脑动脉成像质量上的差异。方法对11例志愿者行3D常规TOFMRA和双回波MRA扫描,2位医师对双侧大脑前、中、后动脉的成像质量进行评分。分析2位医师的观察一致性和2种检查方法动脉成像质量的差异性。结果2位医师通过2种方法所得动脉成像质量评分一致性好(Kappa=1,P〈0.05)。2种检查方法所得动脉成像质量评分的差异无统计学意义(Z=-16.25,P〈0.05)。结论双回波MRA能获得与TOF等效的满足临床诊断需要的动脉成像质量,而且在1次扫描中能同时提供动脉及静脉病变的信息,有进一步研究和推广应用的价值。Objective To compare the conventional 3D TOF MRA and dual-echo MRA in imaging of cerebral artery. Methods Eleven volunteers were examined with three dimensional time-of flight MR angiography (3D TOF MRA) and three-dimensional dual echo MR angiography. Two radiologists graded imaging quality of bilateral anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery. Diagnostic confidence for two radiologists and difference of artery imaging quality between conventional 3D TOF MRA and dualLecho MRA was analyzed. Results The diagnostic confidence for two radiologists was good(Kappa = 1, P〈0.05). There was no statistical difference on artery imaging quality between conventional 3D TOF MRA and dual-echo MRA. Conclusion Dual echo MRA can obtain the same artery imaging quality with conventional TOF MRA and meet the clinical diagnosis need and offer both conventional TOF MRA and SWI-MRV simultaneously. It is worthy of further research.
