摘 要:目的 用女性盆腔3DT2WI(VISTA)序列对女性生殖系统发育异常进行诊断和分型评价。方法 回顾性收集本院12例苗勒管发育异常的女性患者,MR图像资料均包含盆腔2DT2WI和3DT2WI序列。3DT2WI采集时间5min 56s。对2DT2WI和3DT2WI图像质量进行定性评价,并结合多平面重组等后处理方法。应用3DT2WI对苗勒管发育异常进行诊断和分型评价。结果①用3DT2WI序列,12例患者均做出明确诊断:始基子宫2例。子宫发育不良1例,纵隔子宫4例,弓形子宫3例,T形子宫1例,先天性无阴道1例。②图像质量评价:3DT2WI图像整体质量评分为4.58±0.51,2DT2WI图像整体质量评分为4.25±0.87,二者差异无统计学意义(t=-1.17,P=0.270)。3DT2WI图像运动伪影评分为1.17±0.39,2DT2WI图像运动伪影评分为1.75±0.87,二者差异有统计学意义(t=2.24,P=0.046)。结论3DT2WI采集时间短。图像质量稳定,可以通过多平面重组等后处理方法准确对苗勒管发育异常进行诊断和分型评价。Objective To evaluate Mullerian duct anomalies with three dimensional T2-weighed imaging (3D T2WI). MethodsTwelve female patients were imaged with 2D T2WI and 3D T2WI sequences of the pelvis, who were suspected of Mullerian duct anomaly with previous ultrasound study. The diagnosis, image quality and motion artifacts were assessed by using the 2 sequences. Results ① Uterine anomalies were diagnosed in the 12 patients, including two primordial uterus, one uterine agenesis, four uterus septus, three uterus arcuatus, one T-shaped uterus and one congenital absence of vagina. ② The overall image quality was slightly higher for 3D T2WI, but the difference was not statistically significance (P=0. 270). The motion artifacts in 3D T2WI sequence were less than those of 2D T2 WI (P=0. 046 ). Conclusion 3D T2 WI provides superior image quality in a shorter acquisition time, and enables excellent visualization of uterine anatomy in any orientation, regardless of the original scanning plane.
