摘  要:目的 用相位对比动态MRI技术研究梅尼埃病内耳淋巴液流速。方法 使用3.0TMR扫描仪,采用相位对比动态MRI的Q-Flow方法对30例正常人及26例梅尼埃病患者的耳蜗底转角处的淋巴液流速进行测量。结果30例正常人的耳蜗底转角处平均最大流速值分别为:左耳(0.47±0.47)cm/s,右耳(0.59±0.62)cm/s;26例梅尼埃病患者的耳蜗底转角处平均最大流速值分别为:左耳(1.00±1.07)cm/s,右耳(0.70±0.62)cm/s。2组间左耳具有统计学差异(P〈0.05),右耳无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论 使用3.0TMR扫描仪、Q-Flow序列能检测出人体内耳淋巴液的流动,为临床诊断梅尼埃病提供了客观诊断依据。Objective To measure the flow rate of inner ear lymph in patients with Meniere's by using phase contrast dynamicsprotocol on 3.0T MR scanner. Methods Thirty normal subjects and 26 clinical patients with Meniere' s disease were scanned to measure the lymph flow rate of the cochlear corner on a 3.0T MR scanner through the method of Q Flow of phase contrast dynamic MRI. Results Thcaverage maximum flow rate of the cochlear corner of 30 normal subjects was (0.47±0.47) cm/s in left ear, and (0. 59±0. 62) cm/s in right ear, respectively. The average maximum flow rate value of 26 patients was (1.00±1.07) cm/s in left ear, and (0.70± 0.62) cm/s in right ear, respectively. There was significant difference between the average maximum flow rate val ue of left ears between the two groups (P〈0.05). But there was no significant difference between that of right ears (P〉0.05). Conclusion The Q-Flow sequence of 3.0T MR scanner can measure the flow rate of the human inner ear lymph fluid.
