摘  要:目的研究足月新生儿垂体腺信号强度特点及形态特征。方法 收集95例无垂体腺疾病的足月新生儿,男19例,女16例,平均年龄8.22d。使用Philips Intera Achieva1.5T双梯度扫描仪行颅脑检查,选择T1WI序列矢状位垂体正中层面,测量垂体前叶、后叶及同层商桥脑橄榄核信号强度,计算垂体前叶、后叶信号强度及与桥脑撤榄核信号强度比值:同时测量垂体前叶矢状高径及前后径。结果95例足月新生儿垂体前叶、后叶信号强度均值分别为1 506.909±411.267、20.12.330±553.466,二者之间具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而前、后叶信号强度在不同性别之间无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。95例足月新生儿垂体前叶、后叶信号强度与桥脑橄榄核信号强度比值分别为1.813±0.211、2.512±0.472,二者之间具有统计学差异(P〈0.05);二者在不同性别之间无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。95例足月新生儿垂体前叶矢状高径、前后径均值分别为(4.055±0.6,18)mm、(2.969±0.337)mm,二者在不同性别之间亦无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论在MRIT1WI序列上,足月新生儿垂体前叶、后叶信号强度均高于桥脑橄榄核信号强度,前叶表现为高信号或稍高信号;垂体前叶矢状高径大于前后径,且97.89%(93/95例)垂体前叶呈降突型。Objective To investigate the MRI shape and signal intensity of the pituitary gland in normal full term neonates. Meth-ods 95 cases of the pituitary gland MRI of full-term neonates female, mean age 8.22 days, by using Philips Intera Achieva 1.5T megnatic resonances system. The signal intensity of the anterior,posterior lobes of the pituitary gland and the olivary nucleus of pons were obtained,and the ratios of the signal intensi^y of the anteri- or,posterior pituilary lobes to the olivary nucleus of pons were calculated. The height and the anteroposterior diameter of the anlerior pituitary lobe were measured on middline sagittal T1 Wl sequence. Results The signal intensity of lhe anterior, posterior pituitarylobes were 1 506. 909±411 1.267,2 042. 330±553. 466(P〈0.05) ,but there was no significant between different sex(P〉0.05). The ratios of the signal intensity of the anterior,posterior pituitary lobes to the olivary nucleus of pons were 1. 843±0.211,2. 512±0. 472 (P〈0.05) ,but there was no significant between different sex(P〉0.05). The sagittal height and the anteroposterior diameter of the anterior lobe were (4. 055±0. 648) mm,(2. 969±0. 337) mm,each of them also had no significant between different sex(P〉0.05). Conclusion The signal intensity of the anterior,posterior pituitary lobes is more high than the olivary nucleus of pons. The anterior pituitary lobe appeares a high or slightly high signal intensity. In each full-term neonate the height of the anterior pituitary lobe are more high than the anteroposterior diameter,and the most anterior pituitary lobes of full-term neonates(97.89%) appear convex type in shape.
