摘 要:目的探讨3.0T磁共振扩散张量成像在大鼠C6脑胶质瘤和对照组的部分各向异性分数(FA)值及平均扩散系数(MD)值,并比较2种不同选取感兴趣区(ROI)的方法对测量结果的影响。方法将C6细胞接种至实验组(n=17)大鼠有侧尾状核,对照组(n=5)在相同部位注射全培养基。接种后3-4周,利用3.0T MR Scanner行常规MRI、DTI、T1WI及T1-3D-IR-FSPGR增强检查。借助Funclion Tool软件对DTI数据后处理,选取3个等大(2mm×2mm,9Pix)ROI和单个较大ROI,分别获得相应部位的平均FA值及MD值。结果15只荷瘤大鼠中,瘤体和对侧镜像脑组织3个等大ROI平均FA值分别为0.108±0.020和0.312±0.021,而3个等大ROI平均MD值分别为(0.944±0.029)×10^-3mm^2/s和(0.808±0.036)×10^-3mm^2/s.2组结果经两样本t检验显示差别均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。单个较大ROI平均FA值分别为0.118±0.039和0.310±0.052.而单个较大ROI平均MD值分别为(0.941±0.047)×10^-3mm^2/s和(0.806±0.043)×10^-3mm^2/s,2组结果经两样本t检验显示差别亦有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。对照组大鼠右侧尾状核多个ROI平均FA值(0.322±0.118),平均MD值(0.810±0.021)×10^-3mm^2/s,与实验组瘤体结果经两样本,检验差别均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。2种方法选取瘤体RO1获得的FA值经配对t检验显示有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而MD值间无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论瘤体平均FA值较对侧脑组织和对照组右尾状核均降低,而平均MD值则均升高。方法学上,本研究发现2种疗法选取ROI对FA值测量结果有影响,而对MD值测量结果无明显影响。Objective To compare the average fractional anisotropy(FA) and mean diffusivity(MD)values between the wistar ratswith C6 brain glioma and the control rats on 3.0T MR scanner and evaluate the effect of two different selection methods of region of interest(ROI) on the results of FA and MD. Methods Twenty-two wistar rats were divided into experimental group (n= 17) andcontrol group (n=5) by the random number table. The concentration of more than 1.0×10^6/10 ul glioma cells or complete medium were injecled stercotaclically into the righl caudate nucleus of the rat in experimental group or control group , respcclively. Conven-tional MR1, DTI, T2 Flair,enhanced T1 WI and T1 3D-IR-FSP(;R scans were performed by using 3.0T MRI scanner about 3 -1 weeks after implantation. And glioma and peritumoral edema were distinguished by T2WI,FLAIR,enhanced T1WI and SAG T1-3D-IR FSPGR scans. Post-proeessing was conducted by the DTI specific software function tool to obtain FA and MI) images. ROIs were drawn using two different selection methods i. e. , 3 equal sized ROIs or a single larger ROI, in the corresponding positionwithout hemorrhage or necrosis. Results The average FA values of 3 equal-sized ROIs in tile 15 wistar rats C6 brain glioma regions and the contralateral normal brain parenchyma were(0.108±0. 020)and(0. 312±0.02,1), respectively , while the average MD valueswere(0. 944±0.029) × 10mm^2/s and(0.808±0.036)× 10^-2mm^2 /s respectively. Two independent-sample t-test showed sta- tistically significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). The average FA values of single la,ger ROI in the wistar rat C6brain glioma regions and the contralaleral normal brain parenchyma were (0. 118±0. 039) and(0. 310±0. 052)respectively; whilethe average MD values were(0. ,941±0. 047)×10^-3mm^-2/s and (0. 806 ± 0. 043) × 10^-3 mm-^2/s, respectively. Two independent-sample t test also showed statistically significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).
