摘  要:进行了450、550 MPa高强耐候钢的成分设计和冶炼,通过热膨胀试验并结合金相组织,分析了该高强度耐候钢的相变规律。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜以及拉伸试验对该试验钢的组织结构、第二相粒子的析出行为以及力学性能进行了研究,分析了钒氮微合金化对高强耐候钢析出强化和细晶强化的作用。结果表明:在钒钢中添加氮元素不但增强了析出强化效果,而且还能细化晶粒,提高耐候钢的综合力学性能。The composition design and smelting of 450 MPa and 550 MPa high-strength weathering steel were carried out, and the phase transformation was researched by thermal expansion and microstructure analysis. Methods such as optical microscope, SEM, TEM and tensile testing were used to investigate the microstructure, the precipitation behaviors of second-phase particles and mechanical properties, and the discussion extends to the roles of V-N microalloying in precipitation strengthening and the grain refinement in high-strength weathering steel. It is found that the addition of nitrogen to Vanadium steel can not only enhance the effect of precipitation strengthening, but also refine the grains to a certain degree, and then the comprehensive mechanical performance of the weathering steel is improved.
