免疫抑制剂为主的综合方案治疗成人重型再生障碍性贫血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究成人重型再生障碍性贫血 (SAA)的治疗方案。方法 :观察以免疫抑制CSA、ATG联合SSL方案治疗成人SAA10例的临床疗效。结果 :7例有效 ,其中 4例达治愈标准。结论 :CSA、ATG联合SSL方案治疗成人SAA较单用CSA或ATG疗效有明显提高 ,SSL方案可作为成人SAA病人经CSA或ATG综合治疗后的长期维持治疗 ,方法安全 。Objective:To find out a more ideal programme for the treatment of adult severe acquired aplastic anemia(SAA).Methods:Clinical effects of 10 cases of acute adult SAA treated by immunosuppressive CSA or ATG combined with SSL scheme were reviewed and summarized.Results:The total response rate was 70%(7/10).Effects of 4 cases reached the curing criterions.Conclusion:Clinical effects of adult SAA patients treated by CSA or ATG combined with SSL scheme were significantly higher than those by CSA or ATG alone.SSL scheme should be used as a long period preserving treatment for adult SAA patients underwent CSA or ATG treatment.
