摘　　要：镀锡板制成的三片罐在灌装后会产生发黑或漏罐等质量异议,在处理异议过程中分析总结各种原因。镀锡板表面或次表面的夹杂是镀锡板发展之初产生漏罐的主要原因;用户选材不当所造成的事故源于用户对镀锡板的认识不清或者错误判断;罐壁的擦伤、焊缝质量不良和涂膜的破损等制罐工艺问题也是造成异议的重要原因。灌装工艺不当导致的低真空度、高顶隙、差卷封结构及不恰当的酸度等因素是罐壁异常发黑或漏罐的主要原因,内容物中所含有的硝酸根、有机酸及含硫物质等强腐蚀因子也是导致罐内壁异常发黑的重要原因。Reasons for darkening or leakage of three-piece cans made from tinplate have been summarized based on the experience gained in handling quality disputes. Inclusion in the surface or subsurface of tinplate is the main reason for leakage at the early development stage of tinplate. Misunderstanding or misjudgement by customers on tinplate accounts for their improper selection of material. Problems occurring in the can-making process, such as scrapes on the inner wails of cans, bad welds and breakage of the film on tinplate etc. , are also the main reasons for quality disputes. In addition, problems caused by unsuitable filling processes, such as low vacuum, high headspace, bad seam and unsuitable acidity are also important reasons for the darkening or leakage of cans. Highly corrosive nitrates, organic acids and sulphur-containing substance in the contents of cans are the important reasons for the darkening of the inner walls of cans.
