摘  要:目的 :优选川芎总酚制备工艺的最佳条件。方法 :通过正交试验 ,以川芎总酚浸膏得率 ,阿魏酸含量为指标。结果 :选用 80 %乙醇 ,总量为药材的 12倍 ,热回流 3次 ,每次 0 .5h。结论 :总酚得率高 ,稳定性好 ,适合于工业生产。Objective: To find out the optimum extraction process for phenolic part of Rhizona Ligustici Chuanxiong. Methods: The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with the extract yeild of phenolic part and ferulic acid content as markers. Results: The optimum extraction process was adding 12 times amont of 80% alcohol, refluxing and extracting for 3 times, 0.5h each time. The extraction process could raise the yield of phenolic part. Conclusion: This extraction process shows higher yeild of phenolic part, good stability and is available for industrial production.
