中药槟榔饮片炮制工艺研究

摘　　要：目的 :优选槟榔炮制工艺。方法 :对槟榔不同工艺炮制品中醚溶性生物碱 ,鞣酸 ,脂肪类成分进行了测定 ;对小鼠急性毒性进行了比较。结果 :不同炮制工艺对槟榔甲化学成分都有不同程度的影响 ,与生品比较 ,各炮制品毒性都有所降低 ,各炮制品之间无明显差异。结论 :微波炮制工艺是槟榔炮制的最佳工艺。Objective: To select the optimum processing technology for Semen Arecae. Methods: The contents of ether soluble alkalerds, lipid tannate in the different processed products of Semen Arecae were determined. they were compared with the acute toxicity. Results: The study provided an experimental basis for the selection of optimum processing technology for Semen Arecae.Conclusion: The optimum processing technology for Semen Arecae is the microwave processing technology.
