复方丹参注射液对心肌再给氧损伤保护作用的实验及临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究复方丹参注射液 (丹参液 )对心肌再给氧损伤的影响。方法 :采用电镜观察离体心肌的超微结构和生化测定CPK、SOD、GSH PX、MDA含量。结果对 18例确诊为劳力型心绞痛患者进行了临床观察、应用丹参液治疗后 ,心绞痛症状缓解总效率为 88.8% ,心电图改善的总有效率为 5 5 %。结论 :丹参液对心肌再给氧损伤有保护作用。Objective:To study the effect of compound Danshen Injection on myocardial oxygen re supply damage.Mothods:Observing the ultrastructural organization of free cardiac muscle by electron microscopy and determinging the levels of CPK, SOD, GSH, PX and MDA by biochemical method.Results:The clinical investigation was performed on 18 patients with proven overwork type of agina pectoris. The total effective rates were 88.8% for symptom remission of agina pectoris and 55% for improvement of electrocardiogram after they were treated with compound Danshen Injection.Conclusions:Compound Danshen Injection possesses the protective action on myocardial oxygen re supply damage.
