摘　　要：目的 :探索银杏叶的最佳采集条件。方法 :采用HPLC法测定了不同产地、季节、树龄的数十批银杏叶总黄酮含量的变化。结果 :各类银杏叶总黄酮含量有着相似的变化规律。结论 :银杏叶总黄酮含量在秋季叶子变黄前逐渐增长。Objective:To investigate the optimal for collecting conditions for Ginkgo leaves. Mothod: The different batches of total flavonoids of Ginkgo leaves picked from different area, time and age were determined. Result: There was a similar changing rule of content for the total flavonoids of Ginkgo leaves. Conclusion: The total flavonoid content of Ginkgo leaves is getting to increase till it becomes yellow in Autumn.
