64排双源螺旋CT测量切牙管前壁,前牙牙槽突前壁与鼻底关系  被引量:4

64-slice Dual-source Spiral CT Measurement of Angles between Incisive Canal,Anterior Wall of Alveolar Process and Nasal Floor

摘  要:目的:利用64排双源螺旋CT分别测量切牙管前壁,前牙牙槽突前壁与鼻底的夹角,为前牙区种植手术提供数据支持。方法:从64排双源CT数据库中收集符合条件的病历,利用Simplant Pro 11.04软件进行三维重建,并利用软件自带的角度测量工具进行测量。结果:共收集134例患者资料,其中青年组75人(18~44岁),中年组43人(45~59岁),年轻老年组12人(60~74岁),老年组4人(75~89岁)。测量结果在男女之间,在青年组,中年组,年轻老年组3组间均无明显差异。切牙管前壁与鼻底的夹角为(135.46±9.07)°,前牙牙槽突前壁与鼻底的夹角为(132.65±12.36)°。结论:64排双源螺旋CT是较理想的研究前牙种植手术区的工具,切牙管前壁与鼻底的夹角大于前牙牙槽突前壁与鼻底的夹角,在种植手术中应注意种植方向的选择。Objective:To support the anterior implant surgery data using 64-slice dual-source spiral CT to measure the angles between incisive canal,anterior wall of alveolar process and nasal floor.Methods:We collected cases from 64-slice dual-source CT database records.Three dimensional reconstruction was made with Simplant Pro 11.04 software.Use we then the software to measure.Results:A total of 134 patients were collected:youth group of 75 persons(18-44),the middle-aged group of 43 persons(45-59),young elderly group of 12 persons(60-74),elderly group of 4 persons(7-89).Between men and women,the youth group,middle-age group,between young and old groups were not significantly different.Incisor angle of the anterior wall of incisive canal and nasal floor was(135.46±9.07)°,incisor angle of the anterior wall of alveolar process and nasal floor was(135.46±9.07)°.Conclusion:64-slice dual-source spiral CT is an ideal research tool for anterior implant surgery,the incisor angle of the anterior wall of alveolar process and nasal floor is larger than the incisor angle of the anterior wall of alveolar process and nasal floor.
