摘 要:随着中国超特高压输变电工程的迅速发展,输电铁塔用钢的强度等级与发达国家的差距正逐步缩小。然而,国内由于低温引起的倒塔事件却时有发生,铁塔用钢的低温服役能力问题越来越受到关注。该文阐述了输电铁塔用钢的低温服役能力及应用现状,对中国输电铁塔用角钢Q235、Q345及Q420抽样进行室温拉伸和低温冲击性能测试,研究了-75~25℃温度区间角钢的韧脆转变趋势。结果表明:3种角钢的拉伸性能均达到GB/T1591-2008要求;冲击功均随温度升高而增加,Q235及Q345的冲击韧性较好,分别在一5和一15℃时平均冲击功达到34J;Q420在试验温度区间内一直处于脆断状态,25℃冲击功仍小于30J。The gap between strength grade of power transmission tower steel has narrowed gradually against developed countries with the development of UHV transmission project. However, the tower collapsing accidents have happened several times for years due to the low temperature in China. Therefore, the national experts pay more attention to low temperature service capabilities of tower steel. The properties and application situation of power transmission tower steel in foreign counties and China were introduced in detail. Toughness and brittleness of Q235, Q345 and Q420 samples were tested. The tendencies of ductile-brittle transition from -75 to 25℃were investigated. The results show that all the tensile properties of them meet the requirement of GB/T 1591-2008. Impact energies increase as the temperature rises, and the absorbing energies of Q235 and Q345 get to 34 J at -5℃ and -15℃respectively. Q420 has been in the brittle state at the range of testing temperature, and the absorbing energy is less than 30 J at 25 ℃.
