摘 要:针对城镇污水处理厂进水SS/BOD5值偏高、C/N值偏低等问题,对传统水解反应器进行改进,设置两层布水器,以强化污水及初沉污泥的水解,改善出水碳源结构。在水力停留时间为3.5 h、污泥停留时间为15 d的条件下,强化水解反应器对SS的去除率达到89.7%,对COD>100的去除率达到92.1%;出水中溶解性有机物和小粒径有机物所占比例显著增加,SCOD/COD和COD0.45~5/COD值分别提高了38.2%和15.9%;出水VFAs含量约为进水的1.5倍,VFAs/TN值由进水的2.0提高至4.0,VFAs/TP值由进水的8.7提高至26.2。To address high SS/BOD5 and low C/N ratios in the influent of municipal wastewater treatment plant, the traditional hydrolysis reactor was reconstructed to enhance the hydrolysis of wastewater and primary sedimentation sludge and improve the carbon structure of the effluent by setting two layer distributors. When the hydrolysis reactor for enhanced sludge utilization was operated at HRT of 3.5 h and SRT of 15 d, the removal rates of SS and COD〉10o were 89.7% and 92.1% respectively. The proportions of dissolved organic matter and small-size organic matter in the effluent were notably in- creased, and the ratios of SCOD/COD and COD0.45-5/COD were increased by 38.2% and 15.9% re- spectively. The VFA content in the effluent was 1.5 times of that in the influent. The VFAs/TN ratio was increased from 2.0 to 4.0, and the VFAs/TP ratio was increased from 8.7 to 26.2.
