摘 要:采用A/O—MBR工艺处理模拟高氨氮农药生产废水,考察了系统对氨氮的去除效果。通过对pH值、温度、DO的控制实现了短程硝化,并研究了该过程的影响因素。A/O—MBR工艺在25~28℃、pH值为7.5~8.5、进水氨氮为120~1 500 mg/L、DO为2.5 mg/L时具有较为稳定的短程硝化效果,亚硝态氮的积累率平均为58.9%,对氨氮的平均去除率为93.2%。维持其他参数不变,当DO为1.5 mg/L时短程硝化效果最好,亚硝态氮的积累率在90%以上,但对氨氮的去除率降至87.5%。The A/O - MBR process was used to treat simulated high-concentration ammonia nitro- gen pesticide wastewater, and the removal effect of ammonia nitrogen was investigated. The short-cut ni- trification was implemented by controlling pH value, temperature and dissolved oxygen (DO) , and the affecting factors were studied. When the temperature, pH value, influent ammonia nitrogen and DO were 25 to 28 ~, 7.5 to 8.5, 120 to 1 500 mg/L and 2.5 mg/L respectively, the accumulation rate of nitrite nitrogen averaged 58.9% , and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen averaged 93.2%. When DO was 1.5 mg/L and other conditions were unchanged, the accumulation rate of nitrite nitrogen was more than 90% , but the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was reduced to 87.5%.
