摘  要:针对印染废水处理厂的典型废气,开展了生物滴滤池净化工艺和技术的研究,详细分析了不同填料、温度、营养液等工艺条件对生物滴滤池处理性能的影响,确定了合适的生物滴滤池运行工艺及参数。试验结果表明,设备对H2S的最大去除负荷为50 g/(m3.h),当进气浓度<200 mg/m3时,生物滴滤池对H2S的去除率稳定在95%以上,且碳质生物酶填料具有比表面积大、易于微生物附着、抗冲击负荷性强等特性。根据吸附-生物膜理论,验证了生物滴滤池降解低浓度H2S废气动力学模型的有效性。To address typical odor from the printing and dyeing wastewater treatment plant, re- search on the purification technique in biotrickling filter was carried out. The influence of different media, temperatures, nutrients and other factors on the performance of the biotriekling filter was ana- lyzed, and the appropriate process parameters were determined. The experimental results indicated that the maximum H2S treatment load of the biotrickling filter was 50 g/( m3 ~ h). When the influent H2S concentration was less than 200 mg/m3, the removal rate could steadily reach at least 95%. Further- more, the enzyme filter media were favorable for the attached growth of microorganisms and resistant to shock loading due to high specific surface area. According to the adsorption-biofilm theory, the validity of the kinetic model for low-concentration HzS degradation by the biotrickling filter was verified.
