摘　　要：建立测定密骨胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。样品用甲醇超声提取 30 m in,在 C1 8柱上以甲醇 -水 -醋酸 (45∶5 0∶ 5 )为流动相 ,在波长 2 70 nm处检测。淫羊藿苷含量测定的线性范围为 0 .0 5 0 9～ 0 .8144μg,线性回归方程为Y=1479.437+4 5 5 0 5 1.2 13X,r=0 .9999,平均回收率为 98.95 % ,RSD为 2 .44 %。该法简便、准确、重现性好 ,可作为密骨胶囊质量控制的方法。To develop a method for the determination of the contents of icariin in Migu Capsule, a compound Chinese herbal preparation containing Epimedium koreanum Nakai for the treatment of osteoporosis, by RP HPLC. The sample was shaken in an ultrasonic bath for 30 min. The contents were determined by HPLC, with column C 18 as stationary phase, methanol water acetic acid (45∶50∶5) as mobile phase and UV detector at 270 nm. The content of icariin had a good linearity in the range of 0 050 9～0 811 44 μg, Y=1 479.437+455 051.213 X, r=0.999 9. The average recovery is 98.95% and RSD is 2 44%(n=5). The method is rapid, reliable and simple, and can be used for the quality control of Migu Capsule.
