改进手术器械供应管理方式、提高院内感染控制质量

摘　　要：目的探讨改进手术器械供应管理方式对手术器械供应质量控制的效果,以提高院内感染控制的质量。方法比较改进管理方式前后手术器械的供应质量。结果改进管理方式后,器械清洗质量合格率从91.00%上升至98.08%,包装合格率从94.00%上升至99.00%,满意率从92.30%上升至98.00%,显示手术器械供应质量显著提高。结论改进管理方式能显著提高手术器械供应质量,从而提高医院感染控制质量。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of improving management mode of surgical instruments supply on the quality of nosocomial infection control of surgical instruments. METHODS After the management mode was improved, the supply quali- ties of surgical instruments were evaluated. RESULTS After the management mode was improved, the qualified rate of cleaning instruments increased from 91% to 98.08%, qualified rate of packaging evaluated from 94.00% to 99.00%, satisfaction rate went up from 92.30% to 98.00%, supply quality of surgical instruments was significantly increased. CONCLUSION Improving the management mode increases significantly the supply quality of surgical instruments, thus increase the quality of nosocomial infection control.
