摘　　要：目的探索针对FSW人群开展艾滋病防治有效的IEC信息及其运用。方法采用IECI模型对FSW艾滋病相关知识/信息知晓率和影响率进行研究,分析各信息的干预需求指数(IECI)。结果干预信息指数(IECI)≥40.00的有9条,信息类条目有8条;IECI﹤10.00的条目有11条,全部为知识类。结论 IECI能反映特定信息对目标人群的有效性和必要性,在针对FSW人群开发IEC材料和开展IEC活动时,强调嫖客、性病、性传播、现实案例和地区信息等关键信息能有效提高健康教育效果。OBJECTIVE To explore how to select and utilize IEC messages for FSW. METHODS Applied the IECI model to investigate and analyze the knowledge/message rates and impact rates among FSWs in Nanchong. RESULTS Nine indexes of IECIs were higher than 40.0 and 8 of them from information category. Eleven indexes of IECI were below 10.0, all of them were from knowledge category. CONCLUSION IECI can reflect the effectiveness, necessity of AIDS related knowledge/information. The key information is related with clients, STD, sexual transmission, case report and regions. It would enhance the effective- ness of health education based on the evidence above to develop IEC materials and carry out IEC activities for FSW.
