摘  要:目的通过建立长期递增负荷训练、力竭训练游泳运动模型,探讨牡蛎提取液对长期训练小鼠运动耐力、骨骼肌自由基、能量代谢酶的影响。方法实验小鼠50只,随机分为安静对照组(A组,10只)、运动训练组(B组,20只)、运动给药组(C组,20只)。在最后一次训练时,B组和C组又分为两个亚组:正常训练组(B1组,C1组)和一次性力竭训练组(B2组,C2组),每组10只。C组小鼠以剂量为15g/kg/d灌服牡蛎提取液,A组、B组小鼠按质量灌服相应体积的生理盐水。测定B2组,C2组小鼠力竭游泳时间;各组小鼠骨骼肌组织MDA、GSH-Px、SOD、LDH、MDH等指标。结果运动给药C2组小鼠力竭时间明显延长;运动训练B1组与安静对照A组相比,MDA含量、LDH、MDH活性显著升高(P﹤0.05),GSH-Px、SOD活性显著降低(P﹤0.05);运动给药C1组与运动训练B1组相比,运动给药C2组与运动训练B2组相比,MDA含量显著降低(P﹤0.05),GSH-Px、SOD、LDH、MDH活性均显著升高(P﹤0.05)。结论补充牡蛎提取液可提高骨骼肌抗氧化防御系统的防御能力,加快自由基的清除,增强机体在有氧、缺氧状态下ATP合成的能力,从而提高机体抗疲劳能力,增强机体的运动能力。OBJECTIVE Based on the long-term incremental treadmill exercise and exhaustive swimming training model, this paper aims to discuss the effects of oyster extracts on endurance exercise, skeletal muscle free radicals, and energy metabolism among rats. METHODS 50 rats in this experiment were randomly divided into sedentary control group (Group A, n = 10) , training group (Group B, n = 20), drug-given group (Group C, n -- 20). In the last training, group B and group C were fur- ther divided into two subgroups: normal training group (Group BI and Group C1) and increased exhaustive exercise group (Group B2 and Group C2), with 10 rats respectively. The rats in group C were given oyster extracts with the dose of 15 g/kg/ d, otherwise, group A and group B were given the same amount physiological saline solution. And then the exhaustive swim- ming time were detected in group B2 and C2 so as to get the those indices of Hb, LD, serum CK, serum BUN, skeletal mus- cle MDA, GSH-Px, SOD, LDH, MDH. RESULTS The exhaustive time among rats in drug-given group C2 was obviously extended; when compared normal training group B1 with sedentary control group A, MDA, LDH, MDH in the quadriceps femoris were significantly increased (P 〈 0.05), GSH-Px, SOD activities were significantly decreased; compared drug-given group Cl with training group B1, together with drug-given group C2 with training group B2, the content of MDA in the quadri- ceps femoris was significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05) , GSH-Px, SOD, LDH, MDH activities were significantly increased. CONCLUSION Increasing oyster extracts can enhance organism hematopoietic function and circulatory system functions, improve antioxidant defense capacities of skeletal muscle, speed up the clearance of free radicals, and strengthen organism synthetic capacities in oxygen and anoxic state so as to increase the anti-fatigue capacities and empowerment of organisms in the movement.
