摘  要:目的探讨改构型酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(maFGF)对衰老大鼠的抗衰老作用。方法采用皮下注射D-半乳糖建立衰老模型,测定脑和肝组织中ATP酶活力、SOD活力、MDA含量和抑制羟自由基能力。结果衰老对照组大鼠脑和肝组织中ATP酶活力、SOD活力和抑制羟自由基能力显著降低,MDA含量升高;经过用maFGF治疗衰老大鼠后ATP酶活力、SOD活力和抑制羟自由基能力均显著升高,MDA含量则显著降低。结论 maFGF起到降低自由基,提高ATP酶活力和抗氧化能力,具有抗衰老作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of modified acidic fibroblast growth factor (maFGF) on anti-aging of aging model rats. METHODS The aging model rats were established by injection of D-galactose, the activities of ATPase, SOD, MDA and OH. in brain and liver tissue were measured. RESULTS The MDA and OH. in aging model rats were significantly in creased than those in control group, but the activities of ATPase and SOD were significantly decreased than those in control group. After maFGF intervention, MDA and OH. were significantly decreased, but the activities of ATPase and SOD were sig- nificantly increased than those in control group. CONCLUSION maFGF possesses the reliable function of eliminating free radi- cals and increases ATPase activity in aging model rats, it has anti-aging effects.
