摘　　要：目的对全自动尿沉渣分析仪UF-1000i进行性能评价,判断其分析性能是否满足临床要求。方法按照国家实验室认可及CAP认可要求,检测UF-1000i检测指标数(RBC、WBC、EC、CAST、BACT)的精密度、准确度、携带污染率、线性范围并且验证参考区间。结果 UF-1000i测定各指标的日内、日间精密度和准确度均在仪器要求范围内,并具有良好的线性和较低的携带污染率。结论实验室UF-1000i各项性能均符合仪器要求范围,也满足了CAP认可对性能评价要求,可应用于临床检测,并提供了持续性的质量保证。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the function of flow cytometer urine sediment analyzer UF-1000i in order to meet clinical requirements basically. METHODS The evaluation was performed according to guidelines established by accreditation of nation- al laboratory and CAP. Precision, accuracy, carryover, linearity were analyzed and the reference interval was verified. RE- SULTS The with-day and between-day precision, accuracy and reference interval of UF-1000i were in the allowable range and the results by UF-1000i also possessed good linearity and the carryover was lower. CONCLUSION All properties of UF-1000i in laboratory meet standard requirements, also satisfy the demand of CAP laboratory accreditation, we can extensively use them in clinic and provide a continuous quality assurance.
