摘　　要：医院实行病种病例分型管理的必要性在于:改变“粗放型”管理现状,提倡引导模式。从关注病人的需求、实现数字化管理、引导医疗合理消费、强化医疗过程管理入手,逐步实现以人为本,以现代科学管理思想为指导,以高新技术为手段的医院医疗质量科学管理新体系。With medical new and high Sci -Tech advances, health service professionals are expected to: improve already existing traditional and conventional techniques, make many of the hitherto theoretical or impractical procedures feasible and practical; better blend general health service activities with those of subspeeializstion; cultivate large numbers of members, who are expert in one subspecialty and also good at treating common medical problems, to have the proper mix in human resources; promote highly specialized techniques to work with precision, accuracy, efficiency, so as to meet previously unmet professional demands posed by the development of market economy; study, assitnilats, dislribute, and develop advanced experience to close gaps between different areas for an overall, coordinated, sustained, stable development of health services.
