摘  要:为提高拼装式固定型辙叉使用寿命,减少磨耗过快、剥落掉块等使用中存在的病害,从制造辙叉的钢轨材料、结构设计等方面提出结构优化的关键技术,产品经上道运营后证明,提出的关键技术对提高辙叉整体性能具有一定的指导意义,可满足与线路无缝化及重载线路使用要求。To improve the service life of assembled fixed frog, and to reduce the disadvantages of over-quick wearing as well as stripping and falling in the process of service, the key technology of structural optimization for the frog was put forward in this paper, from the aspects such as the rail material by which the frog is manufactured, and the structure design, etc. The product of frog with this key technology has been utilized in practice of railway operation, so this paper comes to the conclusion that the key technology proposed by this paper can has certain guiding significance for improving the integrality of the frog, and can meet the requirements of operation in seamless track and heavy-haul railway.
