机械振动式沙棘采收机的设计

摘　　要：针对沙棘加工产业快速发展的同时果实采摘尚无成熟机具的情况,设计了一种机械振动式沙棘采收机。该机具采用曲柄滑块机构将动力输出的圆周运动转化为振动头的直线往复运动,振动头在往复运动下振摇沙棘果实,从而实现沙棘果实采摘。经试验测定,该机具果实采净率达93%以上,浆果完好率为88%,作业生产率为48.9 kg/h,各项指标均达到设计要求。该机小巧轻便,针对现阶段沙棘种植无固定模式的特点,由工作人员手持即可工作,工作适应性很强。Designing a kind of sea buckthorn picker of mechanical vibration type because of the rapid development of sea buckthorn processing,and at the same time there is not mature machine of the sea buckthorn picker.This machine uses slider-crank mechanism that will transform the circular motion into vibration of the head of a linear reciprocating motion,and it is under the reciprocating motion of the vibration head waving seabuckthorn fruit,so as to realize the seabuckthorn fruit picking.According to determination tests,the fruit net rate is upon 93%,bacca perfectness rate is 88%,production rate is 48.9kg/h,all the indexes meet the design requirements.The quality of this machine is portable,and adapts no fixed planted model of sea buckthorn.So that this machine has strong work adaptability.
