摘  要:酒泉风电基地2011年发生了几次大规模风机脱网事故,结合大规模风电及其接线特点和继电保护配置,调查了存在的问题。在此基础上进一步分析了风电出力、故障地点和过渡电阻的不确定性的特点和对各元件所配继电保护的影响,提出了完善风电场集电系统、改进保护装置和做好风电及其并网和送出系统事故数据收集及分析工作等对策,并探讨了适应风电不确定性的故障分析手段、故障分量提取、重合闸策略等进一步研究的问题。Several large-scaRe wind turbine tripping accidents occurred in Jiuquan wind power base in 2011. Combining with the characteristics of large-scale wind power and its integration arrangement, and configuration of relaying protection, the existing problems are investigated. On this basis the uncertainties of wind power, fault location and transition resistance and its impacts on relay devices fitted on different power equipment are further analyzed. The improvement of collector system and relay devices and the collection and analysis of recorded fault data of wind farm and its integration system are proposed, and finally the subjects of further research such as fault analysis tool, fault component extraction and reclose scheme adapted to the uncertainty of wind power are also put forward.
