摘　　要：目的探讨手和腕部类风湿性关节炎X线特征,以提高对其认识。方法对我院经临床及实验室确诊的40例手及腕部类风湿性关节炎患者影像学表现进行回顾性分析。结果在40例的X线表现中,小关节骨质疏松改变、多发性对称性梭形软组织肿胀2例,关节间隙狭窄3例,骨质破坏、骨性关节面骨皮质边缘不规整22例,关节半脱位、骨性强直13例。结论手及腕部类风湿性关节炎X线表现具有一定特征,紧密结合临床及实验室检查诊断可提高诊断准确率。Objective To explore the characteristics of X-ray on hand and wrist rheumatoid arthritis and to improve aware- ness. Methods The X-ray of our hospital 40 patients with clinically and experimentally proved hand and wrist rheumatoid arthritis were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 40 cases, osteoporosis and multiple symmetry soft tissue spindle- swelling around the small joints of hand and wrist was found in 2, articular space narrowing in 3, cortical bone of the artic- ular surface and irregular edges as well as bone destruction in 22,articular dislocation and osteal rigidity in 13. Conclu- sion Performance of X-ray on hand and wrist rheumatoid arthritis has certain characteristics, the combination of which and clinical observations as well as laboratory tests can elevate the diagnostic accuracy.
