摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT在寰枢关节旋转半脱位诊断中的应用价值。方法选取符合标准的51例寰枢关节半脱位患者设为观察组,选取同期符合标准的50例健康志愿者设为对照组,两组患者均采用多层螺旋CT扫描测量寰齿前间距、寰齿后间距、寰齿左右侧间距以及过伸过屈位片寰齿间隙差值并进行比较。结果观察组的寰齿前间距与过伸过屈位片寰齿间隙差值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),对于寰枢关节半脱位的诊断具有十分重要的意义。结论多层螺旋CT对于准确评估寰枢关节半脱位的类型及程度以及对临床的治疗和诊断具有重要的意义。Objective To integrative the application value of muhilayer spiral CT in diagnosis of atlanto-axial joint sub- luxation. Methods A total of 51 patients with this disease were taken as the observed group, and 50 healthy volunteers were taken during the same time as the control group. Atlanto-dentalxnterval, post atlanto-dentalxnterval, variance of bilat- eral lateral ailanto-dentalspace, and variance of over stretch and over flexion ailanto-dentalspaee were measured in both groups. The result of the two groups were compared. Results The atlanto-dentalxnterval and the over stretch and over flex- ion ailanto-dentalspace in the observed group were significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The atlan- to-dentalxnterval and the over stretch and over flexion ailanto-dentalspaee showed great importance to the diagnosis of at- lanto-axial joint subluxation. Conclusion Muhilayer spiral CT shows great importance in the diagnosis of atlanto-axial joint subluxation.
