系统性红斑狼疮肾炎患者血清骨桥蛋白表达的意义

摘　　要：目的研究骨桥蛋白在系统性狼疮性肾炎(LN)中的表达和意义。方法回顾性分析我院2011年1～6月收治的系统性红斑狼疮患者112例,伴有LN的72例患者作为观察组,其余患者作为对照组。对两组患者中骨桥蛋白的水平进行比较。结果观察组和对照组血清中OPN的水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中活动期和缓解期骨桥蛋白的水平,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论血清骨桥蛋白的水平与LN的发病密切相关,可作为监测LN疾病活动及SLE疾病严重程度标志之一。Objective To explore osteopontin expression and clinical significance in lupus nephritis. Methods A total of 112 cases of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were retrospective analyzed from January 2011 to June 2011. Sev- enty-two patients with lupus nephritis were as observation group, the rest of the patients were as control group. Two groups of patients osteopontin level were compared. Results The observation group and the control group in serum level of OPN was compared. Difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Observation group session and catabasis osteopontin level are compared. Differences have statistics meaning （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Serum osteopontin level and the SLE nephritis is closely related, and it can be used one of the symbols for monitoring with LN disease activity and SLE severity disease.
