摘　　要：本文以马克思主义民族理论在苏联的运用和发展为基本线索，系统地阐述了斯大林在民族问题发展规律理论、民族平等理论、国家结构形式理论、民族经济理论、民族干部理论、民族语言理论和反对资产阶级民族主义倾向理论上的贡献与失误。由于斯大林及其后继者的失误，苏联的民族矛盾呈量的积累，并最终在８０年代末全面爆发。Taking the development and practice of Marxist - Leninist theory of nations and ethnic groups in the USSR as basic clue, this article systematiclly expounds Stalin's contributions to theories of the law of development of national and ethnic problems, cadres from different nations and ethnic groups, forms of state structure, national and ethnic economy, national and ethnic languages, opposing the trend of bourgeoisie nationalism , and his mistakes. Because of Stalin and his successors' mistakes, contradictions among nations and ethnic groups in the USSR emerged in accumulation of quantity and all - sidedly broke out finally in 1980s.
