摘　　要：介绍了2012年49届国际风景园林师联合会(IFLA)国际大学生设计竞赛一等奖作品的构思过程和主要内容。该方案以国际化城市香港为背景,选取具有悠久历史和典型的水上生活特征的大澳作为设计场址,针对其近年来经济衰退、环境恶化、人口外流等原因而引发的生活水平下降问题进行综合分析,提出了建立具有"漂浮模块"的良性循环,并利用自然的力量,使风景园林不仅能改善生态和居住环境,还能够给区域带来经济效益。The paper aims to introduce the creating process and design contents of the First Prize plan in the International College Student Design Competition of the 49 th Annual IFLA Word Congress 2012.The present project is set in an international city,Hong Kong.Tai O is Hong Kong＇s earliest community and the people float on the water all their lives.But in recent years,the economic recession,environmental degradation,population exodus caused the decline in living standards.The designers add some ＂Floating Module＂ in and around the town,and use the forces of nature to make landscape architecture not only improve the environment,but also bring economic benefits.
