高铁枢纽为触媒的城市新区规划探索与创新——以乌鲁木齐高铁片区城市设计为例

摘　　要：伴随我国进入高铁时代,集多种交通方式于一体的大型综合交通枢纽正在不断涌现,以高铁枢纽为依托的城市新区设计也成为了目前规划界关注的热点。乌鲁木齐市在2011年初邀请了6家国内外优秀设计单位对高铁片区进行城市设计国际招标,经过专家评审,最终上海市城市规划设计研究院获得国际方案征集第一名,并继续进行深化工作。本文以此为例,对高铁枢纽周边地区的规划设计进行探讨。As China has entered the era of high-speed railway,a variety of transport hubs are emerging,the new urban district accelerated by the transport hub has been the focus of urban planning subject.In early 2011,Urumqi invited 6 first-class companies to design the high-speed railway district.After an expert consulting,at last,Supdri won this competition and continued the deepen work.This article aims to investigate the planning of high-speed railway district by this case.
