摘　　要：遗产保护是风景园林行业的重要工作领域。美国在历史/文化景观保护方面走在了世界的前列,分析美国历史/文化景观保护的发展历程及其教育特点,有助于启发和指导我国风景园林专业的遗产教育。首先由美国历史景观与文化景观的概念入手,然后介绍美国历史/文化景观保护和教育概况,最后总结了美国历史/文化景观保护历程及其教育特点。Heritage Preservation is an important academic field in Landscape Architecture. The historic/cultural landscape preservation of the United States has entered the first line ranking of the world. It is beneficial for the analysis of development courses and educational characteristics of American historic/cultural landscape preservation to enlighten and instruct the heritage education of landscape architecture in China. The article consists of three parts. The first one begins with the concepts of the American historic landscape and cultural landscape. Then the second one introduces the American historic/cultural landscape preservation and education overviews. Finally it summarizes the protection courses of American historic/cultural landscape and its educational characteristics.
