香附舒经软胶囊治疗痛经作用及其机理研究

摘　　要：目的验证香附舒经软胶囊对痛经模型小鼠的镇痛疗效,探讨其作用机理。方法研究香附舒经软胶囊高、中、低剂量对催产素所致的小鼠痛经模型的潜伏期和扭体次数的影响,考察其治疗痛经的疗效;通过对小鼠子宫组织内前列腺素E2(PGE2)合成的抑制作用研究,探讨其作用机理。结果不同剂量香附舒经软胶囊可以明显延长催产素诱发小鼠扭体反应的潜伏期和减少扭体次数,并能极显著和显著的抑制小鼠子宫组织内PGE2的合成。结论香附舒经软胶囊对痛经有较好的疗效,其作用机理与抑制子宫组织内PGE2的生成有一定关系。Objective To verify the analgesic effect of Xiangfu Shujing Soft Capsules on model mice with dysmenorrhea and to approach its action mechanism.Methods To give high,middle,low dose of Xiangfu Shujing Soft Capsules to model mice induced by oxytocin,the analgesic effect was examined by observing the latent period and writhing frequency.The inhibitory action on PGE2 in uterine tissues was detected so as to investigate the action mechanism.Results Xiangfu Shujing Soft Capsules could significantly lengthen latent period,reduce writhing frequency and inhibit the synthesis of PGE2 in uterine tissues.Conclusion Xiangfu Shujing Soft Capsules had evident curative effect on dysmenorrhea,and its action mechanism was related to the inhibitory action on the synthesis of PGE2 in uterine tissues.
