摘 要:目的确定桑籽中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺。方法以桑籽总黄酮提取率为指标,考察了提取时间、提取温度、溶剂倍量等因素对桑籽总黄酮提取率的影响,通过正交试验,确定了桑籽总黄酮提取的最佳工艺。结果对提取率影响次序为:提取温度、溶剂倍量、提取时间。总黄酮最佳提取工艺为:提取时间1.0 h、提取温度80℃、溶剂倍量12倍。桑籽总黄酮的提取率为0.24%。结论该工艺稳定,可行,节能,生产周期短,提取效率高,适于工业化生产。Objective To determine the optimum extracting process of total flavonoid from mulberry seeds.Methods With the extraction rate of total flavonoid from mulberry seeds as index,the influencing factors of extraction time,extraction temperature,solvent times were inspected and the optimum extracting process of total flavonoid from mulberry seeds was determined by orthogonal experiment.Results The order of factors was extraction temperature,solvent times,extraction time.The optimum extracting process of total flavonoid:extraction time 1.0 h,extraction temperature 80 ℃,12 solvent times.The extraction rate of total flavonoid from mulberry seeds was 0.24%.Conclusion This process was stable,feasible and energy saving with short production cycle and high extraction efficiency,and it was suitable for industrial production.
