摘　　要：结合近年来国内外研究文献,对DNA指纹图谱在中药研究中的应用研究进展情况进行阐述,探讨其在遗传多样性和种质资源研究、道地药材鉴定、中药药材鉴别、活性成分基因表达调控等中药研究有关领域的应用,为DNA指纹图谱技术在中药质量研究领域的应用提供参考。Through review on the related literatures in recent years,the application progress of DNA fingerprinting technology in traditional Chinese medicine was introduced and its utilization in genetic diversity and germplasm resources,identification of crude drugs and gene expression and regulation of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines was discussed,providing reference for the application and development of DNA fingerprinting technology in quality control of Chinese medicine.
