摘 要:采用微型烧结装置对进口高铬型钒钛磁铁矿以及现场实际使用的若干种烧结用铁矿粉的烧结基础特性进行了系统研究,为高铬型钒钛磁铁矿烧结配矿提供理论依据和技术参数。试验结果表明,不同铁矿粉的烧结基础特性差异较大。在所研究的铁矿粉中,进口高铬型钒钛磁铁矿粉的同化温度高(1 335℃)、液相流动性差(流动性指数1.95)、粘结相自身强度弱(抗压强度1 445N)、连晶固结强度差(抗压强度365N);而国产混合粉的同化温度适中(1 291℃)、液相流动性好(流动性指数4.20)、粘结相自身强度相对高(抗压强度2 010N)、连晶固结强度稍好(抗压强度622N)。从烧结基础特性角度出发,基于本企业当前的原料条件,进行高铬型钒钛磁铁矿烧结生产时,应尽可能与国产混合粉搭配使用。Miniature sintering device was applied to make systematic study on a kind of imported vanadium and titanium magnetite with high chrome as well as several kinds of iron ores for sintering in production field,in order to provide the theory basis and technical parameters for sintering and ore proportioning of high chrome vanadium and titanium magnetite.The experiment results show that there is a great range of disparities between different iron ores.The imported vanadium and titanium magnetite with high chrome has a high assimilation temperature(1 335 ℃),a bad liquid phase liquidity(liquidity index 1.95),weak strength of binding phase(1 445 N of the compressive strength),and bad crystal strength(365 N of the compressive strength).However,the mixture of domestic iron ore and the imported magnetite with high chrome content used at the production spot has moderate assimilation temperature(1 291 ℃),good liquid phase liquidity(liquidity index 4.20),strong strength of binding phase(2 010 N of the compressive strength),and comparatively good crystal strength(622 N of the compressive strength).From the aspect of the above basic sintering characteristics,this kind of imported vanadium and titanium magnetite with high chrome content should be used in proportion with the mixed domestic iron fine ore during the practical sintering production as much as possible,on basis of the current raw material conditions.
