摘 要:通过对3钢种的精密部件进行冷焊修复并分析试样焊接接头,结果表明:从金相显微组织图中发现该区域发生了一定程度的固态相变,其中熔合区和焊缝还获得大量树枝晶和板条马氏体等力学性能较好的组织,同时晶界还弥散分布着碳化物颗粒渗碳体,保证了焊接接头良好的力学性能;从显微硬度曲线得知同种材料冷焊后力学性能最好,M2与CMC-M2冷焊后焊缝硬度高达680 HV,而GCr15与异种钢CMC-M2的冷焊焊缝硬度为600 HV。同种钢材焊条对冷焊的性能差异影响最小。Through to cold weld the three kinds of steel precision components and analyze the welded joints,the results prove that:a certain degree of the solid phase transformation have been found in this area from the metallographic microstructure graphs.And there are a lot dendritic crystals and lath martensites,which have good mechanical properties,had been produced in fusion area anti weld area.At the same time,some cementite carbide particles diffuse at the grain boundary and they ensure the welded joints have good mechanical properties.According to the microhardness curves,it have been found that the same material cold wehling obtain the best mechanical performance.The weld hardness reach 680 HV after weld M2 with CMC-M2.1n the dissimilar steel welding,the weld hardness can reach 600 HV after weld GCr15 with CMC-M2.So cold welding the same steels have the minimal impact on the performance differences.
