摘 要:采用微观金相组织观察、常规力学性能测试分析022Cr23Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢与Q345B低合金高强度结构钢焊接接头多层多道焊条电弧焊的组织和力学性能。通过微型剪切试验得出的性能梯度曲线分析此接头力学不均匀性。结果表明:焊缝组织为奥氏体+铁素体双相组织。低合金钢与焊缝间存在Ⅱ型边界。接头力学性能良好,组织和力学性能不均匀性主要体现在Q345B一侧。The metallographic tests and the conventional mechanical properties tests were carried out to analyze the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint between 022Cr23Ni5Mo3N duplex stainless steel and Q345B low alloy high strength structural steel, which is used multi-pass/multi-layer manual arc welding. And made use of property gradient curves to study the heterogeneity of the mechanical properties of the welded joint through micro shear tests. The results indicate that the microstructure of weld seam is austenitic-ferritic duplex structure. There is Ⅱ Type Boundary between the Q345B HAZ and the weld seam. The joint has good mechanical properties and the heterogeneity of microstructure and mechanical properties are mainly reflected in the side of Q345B.
