摘 要:为分析某重型车车桥的静强度和振动特性,应用有限单元法对其进行数值模拟。采用有限单元法对所设计结构进行性能预测和优化,可以减小物理样机的制作次数,同时提高产品性能。以有限元前处理工具Hypermesh进行结构离散。根据不同的分析类型,计算中采用了不同的有限元网格模型,即:静力分析网格局部加密,模态分析网格大小均匀。采用有限元分析工具ABAQUS对三种典型工况下的车桥进行了静强度分析,对其动态特性进行了自由模态分析。分析结果表明,车桥结构的静强度和动态特性均满足设计要求。In order to analyze static strength and vibration characteristics of girder bridge on a heavy duty vehicle, finite element method (FEM) was used in the process of numerical simulation. Usiing FEM to perform characteristics estimation and structural optimization of the developed construction, could help to decrease times of making physical prototypes and improve product performance at the same time. Applied finite element pre-processor hypermesh to establish girder bridge's discretization model of the heavy duty' vehicle. According to the different analysis types, different finite element models were used in the process, local mesh refinement model was used in static analysis, while model of uniform size was used in modal analysis. During the simulation, a FEM tool named ABAQUS was used to perform static strength analysis of girder bridge in three typical working conditions, and then performed free modal analysis to simulate its dynamic characteristics. The results indicate that the static strength and dynamic characteristics satisfied design requirements.
