摘 要:以体长(1.273±0.116)cm的金鱼仔鱼为研究对象,在水温(22.0±0.5)℃下,养殖在不同质量浓度(0、0.2、1、5、10μg/L)的Hg2+溶液中,分别在1、7、15d时,测定不同Hg2+质量浓度下金鱼仔鱼酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶和溶菌酶活性。结果显示,汞暴露1d时,不同汞质量浓度下的金鱼仔鱼酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶和溶菌酶活性与对照组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);汞暴露7d时,在10μg/LHg2+下,酸性磷酸酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在1~10μg/L Hg2+下,碱性磷酸酶活性呈现出明显的诱导激活效应(P<0.01或P<0.05);汞暴露15d时,仅在10μg/L Hg2+下,酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶和溶菌酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,汞暴露下金鱼仔鱼酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶和溶菌酶活性随Hg2+质量浓度增大而活性逐渐增强。The goldfish Carassiusauratus juveniles with body length of (1. 273±0. 116) cm were exposed to various concentrations (0, 0.2, 1, 5 and 10 μg/L) of Hg^2+ , and sampled at 1 d, 7 d and 15 d exposure for determination of acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase and lysozyme activities for evaluation of biological effects of water pollution. The activities of acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase were found to be induced significantly when the juveniles were exposed at 10μg/L Hg^2+ on days 7 and 15. However, lysozyme activity was shown to be elevated significantly only at 10μg/L Hg^2+ on day 15. In conclusion, acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase and lysozyme activities were enhanced to reduce the damage resulted from the mercury stress. The responses of enzyme activities under mercury exposure are used to enhance the ability of the metabolism and ensure physiological homostasis in the goldfish juveniles.
