摘 要:2009年4月—2010年4月对营口港鲅鱼圈港区及邻近海域进行调查,分析了鲅鱼圈港区建设期和竣工后叶绿素a含量的分布特征及其与环境因子的相关性。研究结果表明,建设期间叶绿素a含量为0.24~2.21μg/L,平均值为0.82μg/L,叶绿素a时空分布特征为小潮期显著高于大潮期,港口中部区高于周边区;竣工后叶绿素a含量为2.01~14.93μg/L,平均值为6.70μg/L,时空分布特征为竣工后高于建设期间,港口中部区高于周边区。主成分分析结果表明,建设期间对港区影响最大的环境因子为悬浮物,竣工后对港区影响最大的环境因子为pH和盐度。The chlorophyll-a content was detected in waters at Bayuquan Port, near Yingkou city from A- pril 2009 to April 2010 to reveal the correlation between chlorophyll-a content and environmental factors including water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen level, salinity, chemical oxygen demand, inorganic nitrogen, inorganic phosphorus and heavy metals. The average chlorophyll-a content in Bayuquan port area was found to be 0.82 μg/L during the construction, with the maximal value of 2.21 μg/L, and the minimal of 0.24 μg/L, and to be 6.70 μg/L after completion, with the maximal value of 14.93μg/L, and the minimal of 2.01 μg/L, indicating that there was higher chlorophyll-a content within the port waters than outside the port waters. Principal component analysis revealed that suspended matter was the most important environment factor during the construction, while pH and salinity were the main factors after the port construction.
