摘  要:采用浸渍法制备了一系列含V的NiMo/Al2O3催化剂。对硫化态含V的NiMo/Al2O3催化剂进行了XPS和TEM表征;以科威特常压渣油为原料,考察了V对NiMo/Al2O3催化剂渣油加氢活性的影响。结果表明,由于渣油中金属和硫的存在形态不同,并且V-Mo-S相和V-S相对于加氢脱金属的催化作用大于加氢脱硫的催化作用,因此V能引起NiMo/Al2O3催化剂上渣油脱金属率的增加;但是V含量较高时,V会造成NiMo/Al2O3催化剂上渣油脱硫率的降低。A series of V containing NiMo/A2 03 catalysts were prepared by tmpregnatlon metnou, tu understand the effects of V on the hydrotreating performance of NiMo/A1203 catalysts. These catalysts were sulfided and then characterized by XPS and TEM technology. Finally the catalytic performances of these catalysts were evaluated with Kuwait atmosphere residue (AR) as feedstock. Due to the different form of metal and sulfur contained in residue, as well as because the catalytic effects of V-S and V-Mo-S phase on hydrodemetallization is higher than on hydrodesulfurization, it is observed that V can promote the metal removal rate of residue over NiMo/A1203catalyst; while with higher V loadings, V can reduce the sulfur removal rate of residue over NiMo/A12 O3 catalyst.
