摘  要:采用分子筛硅源法合成β-MCM-41介-微孔复合分子筛,考察了晶化过程中碱溶液浓度、pH值、晶化温度及晶化时间对β-MCM-41复合分子筛结构及性质的影响,采用XRD、BET、NH3-TPD及Py-IR等方法对合成样品进行了表征。以模型石脑油为原料,在高压微反装置上评价了以复合分子筛为载体制备的Co-Mo/β-MCM-41催化剂的异构和加氢脱硫催化活性。结果表明,在优化的基准晶化体系pH值、晶化温度、碱溶液浓度、晶化时间条件下,所合成的β-MCM-41复合分子筛载体具有介-微孔结构和较适宜的酸性,Co-Mo/β-MCM-41催化剂的异构化和脱硫活性均高于以机械混合法制备的复合分子筛为载体的催化剂。The β-MCM-41 meso-microporous molecular sieve composite was synthesized by hydrothermal method withβ zeolite as silica source. The influences of the alkali concentration, pH value, crystallizing temperature and crystallizing time in synthesis on the structure and properties of β-MCM-41 were investigated. The synthesized molecular sieve composite was characterized by means of XRD, BET, NH3-TPD and Py-IR. The isomerization and HDS performance of Co-Mo/ β-MCM-41 catalyst supported on the synthesized molecular sieve composite were evaluated in a high pressure micro-reactor with modeling naphtha as feed. The results showed that the β-MCM-41 molecular sieve composite synthesized under the suitable conditions had appropriate acidity and mesoporous-microporous structure. Compared with the catalyst supported on the support obtained by the mechanical kneading method, the activities of isomerization and HDS of the catalyst Co-Mo/ β-MCM-41 were higher.
