摘 要:考察了无有机模板剂、无导向剂条件下合成Y分子筛体系的n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)、n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)及硅源对Y分子筛结晶过程及其粒径的影响。结果表明,增加n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)有利于促进Y分子筛的形成,但同时也加速Y分子筛的转晶。Y分子筛的粒径随n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)的增加而减小,n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)=0.6和0.88的合成体系在100℃下反应3h后,所得产物的平均粒径分别为0.4和0.3μm,n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)=1.04时形成的小晶粒Y分子筛易发生团聚而形成大颗粒。Y分子筛的n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)随n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)的增加而减小。n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)减少时,Y分子筛的粒径分布变宽(0.2~0.7μm)。以硅溶胶或固体纳米SiO2为硅源合成所得Y分子筛的粒径分布较窄(0.3~0.5μm),而以硅酸钠为硅源合成所得Y分子筛的粒径分布较宽(0.2~1.0μm)。Effects of n (Na2 O)/n (Si02), n (SiO2)/n (A12 O3 ) and Si source on the crystallization process of zeolite Y and its particle size were investigated in the absence of both seed gel and organic templates. The results showed that increase of n(Na20)/n(Si02) in zeolite Y synthesis system not only promoted the formation of zeolite Y crystals, but also facilitated transformation of zeolite Y into other zeolite. The particle size and n(SiO2)/n(A1203) of zeolite Y decreased with the increase of n (Na2 O)/n(Si02 ) in the synthesis system. The average particle sizes of zeolite Y were 0.4 and 0. 3 μm, respectively, under n(Na2O)/n(Si02) of 0.60 and 0.88 and crystallized for 3 h at 100℃. The small crystals already crystallized will aggregate into large ones under n(Na20)/n(Si02) of 1.04. A wide particle size distribution (0.2--0.7 μm) and the decrease of n(SiO2 )/n(A12Oa ) in zeolite Y were observed with the decrease of n(Na20)/n(Si02). The particle size distribution of zeolite Y was narrow (0.3-0.5μm) when colloidal silica sol or nanometer silica powder was used as Si source, while a wide particle size distribution (0.2-1.0 μm) was observed when sodium silicate was used as Si source.
