摘　　要：目的分析基本公共卫生服务项目实施所取得的效果、经验与存在的不足,提出促进基本公共卫生服务项目工作的建议。方法采用现场调查和描述性研究的方法,对全区实施基本公共卫生服务项目的效果进行分析评估。结果盐都区居民健康档案建档工作成效突出,全面实施了计算机动态管理。65岁以上老年人体检工作顺利开展,各类慢性病人规范管理。城镇地区基本公共卫生服务略差于农村地区。结论基本公共卫生服务项目实施效果显著,但在规范性建设、督促考核评估等方面仍需加强。Objective To evaluate the effect of the implementation of the basic public health services project as well as its experience and shortcomings, and propose the recommendations for the promotion of basic public health services work. Methods Through survey and descriptive study of the region, the effect of the implementation of the basic public health services project was analyzed and assessed. Results Yandu District has got a prominent achievement of the health records on file with the fully implement of computer dynamic management. It also launched the medical work for the 65-year-old and older and standardized the management of all types of chronic diseases. The basic public health service in urban areas was little poorer than that in rural areas. Conclusions The implementation of basic public health services has significant effect, but the normative construction, supervision, evaluation and other aspects still need to be strengthened.
